Hello!

I’m an MSc research student in Computer Science at McGill University and MILA. I am lucky to be under the supervision of Dr. Kaleem Siddiqi in the Shape Analysis Group and Dr. Louis Collins at the Montreal Neurological Institute in the NeuroImaging and Surgical Technologies Lab.

My primary research focus is to develop computational methods to improve image registration accuracy. In my research, I apply computer vision techniques to pre-operative whole brain MRI and intra-operative low-resolution B-mode ultrasound in brain tumour resection surgery to help neurosurgeons better visualize tumour resection boundaries.

I am particularly interested in computer vision methods. You can view my Curriculum Vitae to learn more about my work. You can also see recent projects I have worked on.

I’m passionate about making science more accessible. As part of NA-MIC Project Week, I am developing open-access computational imaging tools for biomedical research/work because the best science happens when everyone has access to great tools.

Outside the lab, I like reading about interesting people (my bookshelf is full of biographies), I’m stubbornly committed to my 1000+ day Duolingo streak in Italian, and happiest on my bike.
